  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other methods available on the Website

For COD Orders:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery

  • Failure to accept delivery may result in future Order restrictions

Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free nationwide shipping across Pakistan

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed on priority

Delivery timelines:

  • Transit time: 0–5 business days

  • Total delivery time: 1–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Failed Deliveries and Refusals

If You:

  • Provide incorrect information

  • Are unavailable at delivery

  • Refuse to accept the Order

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the Order

  • Restrict or block future Orders

  • Require advance payment for future purchases

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Only eligible items can be returned within 14 days

  • Sale items are non-refundable

Product Availability

All Orders are subject to product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an Order is placed:

  • We may cancel the Order

  • A refund or alternative may be offered
